Real situations from tyre and TPMS service were shown in their own theme area using a typical big rig combination. The goal was to represent common problems comprehensibly and demonstrate concrete approaches to solutions directly on the vehicle.

The following aspects were explained in a practically relevant way:

• Challenges with the tractor truck, for example, with dual-tyred axles, sensor allocation via OBD interfaces or alternative processes
• Solutions on the trailer, for example, with disconnected trailers, power supply of EBS/TPMS units as well as various communication channels
• Sensor and fastening variants, system differences as well as installation, handling and maintenance
• Typical sources of errors, best practices as well as the required hardware and software outfitting

The focus was clearly on the principle of understanding through application. All content was conveyed directly on the vehicle in the context of live demonstrations.
